A skill ships when it clears the gate.
Robots work alongside people, so a policy that is usually right is not good enough. Every skill we license is measured on physical hardware against a fixed benchmark, and it does not reach a customer floor until it clears the success rate, cycle time and safety envelope agreed before the engagement starts.
Benchmarked on real hardware
Each skill runs a fixed benchmark on the target platform. Success rate, cycle time and failure modes are recorded per run and reported to you, not summarized.
Certified operating limits
Every policy ships with a defined safety envelope: the speeds, forces, payloads and proximity conditions it was validated within. Outside those limits, the skill does not run.
Human judgement stays human
Our care and public service packs are deliberately bounded to non-clinical, non-enforcement work. The robot handles logistics and escalation; people keep the decisions.
Gates you agree in advance
Acceptance criteria are written into the engagement before capture begins. You sign when the numbers clear on your floor, not on ours.
Monitored after deployment
Fleet telemetry records skill performance in production. Regressions are visible to both sides, and policy updates are versioned and reversible.
Certified per embodiment
A skill validated on one robot is not assumed safe on another. Each platform goes through its own port, benchmark pass and envelope sign-off.
Ergodexa supplies the skill layer. Machine safety compliance for the deployed robot — CE, OSHA, ISO 10218 and equivalent — sits with the hardware manufacturer and the site operator. We provide the validation evidence needed to support your assessment.
Build the business case before you buy a robot.
Our Deployment Impact Assessment baselines the labor in scope, quantifies what automation is worth on your floor, and returns a costed plan your finance team can underwrite.
